The superior Inn and Suites is situated on 4 acres of land. There are 36 guest rooms which consist of the following:

29 Regular rooms with 2 Queen Beds
4 One Bedroom suites with Queen beds, living room , pull out couch, fridge, microwave, and large Jacuzzi tub
1 Executive room with King size bed, fridge, microwave, and larger Jacuzzi tub
1 Honeymoon Suite with King sized bed, 2 person Hot Tub, fridge and shower in tub
1 Handicap room with 1 Queen sized bed, this room is also connected to one of the regular rooms
Acrylic Tubs, coffee makers, hairdryers and internet connection in all rooms
Motel has an indoor pool and hot tub.
There is a breakfast area with tables/chairs andcoffee maker . A conference or meeting room is available with a screen projector and flip chart.

The Motel offers full laundry facilities with large capacity washers (80lb. washers)

The Motel is heated with electric heat, 3 phase power.

Provisions have been made for expansion for all heating and plumbing to be extended to the end of the complex in the event of future expansion.
